They are! Pia is an extremely difficult horse to ride, she's very brave and very smart, but is also a stereotype ex racer. She's very difficult to control once she's in that mindset, and Grace does an excellent job of coping with it and keeping her calm. They are the dream team haha!

Hahah my mum has an ex racer and she is pretty much the same. She gets laughed at for riding with double reins rather than a connector and one rein, but she rides the proper way and gets more out of the horses that way than anyone else.
It looks like she does, they look a good team :3

She would appreciate you saying so very much :aww: They take a lot of crap for it too, but people who know them personally know that they're doing something right :)

Tell her I am behind her all the way haha!
People seem to think when people use both reins they are too posh or showy and often see them as stuck up. But really they just want to do what's best on their horse's mouth, because having one rein with a devider isn't the nicest thing, because it's constant pressure rather than alternate pressure depending on what is wanted of the horse.
